  • an atomized mist designed to have a range of 109 yards and the ability to deliver 140,000 square feet of coverage area
  • powered by its own 480-volt, 150-kilowatt generator with a 1.7-gallon John Deere Tier III flex diesel engine
  • designed for large open-air applications such as aggregate operations, mines and coal handling plants
  • a 150-gallon fuel tank, providing about 32 hours of run time

Terex Finlay inclined screen

The Terex Finlay 674 inclined screen from Louisville, Kentucky-based Terex Finlay is a compact machine that the company says offers operators rapid set up and tear down times. Features include:

  • triple-deck screen with galvanized all round fixed catwalk access
  • oversize plus conveyor designed to work at varying angles and accurately discharge for recirculation to crusher or for stockpiling
  • screen box angle can be hydraulically adjusted to an angle between 18 degrees and 37 degrees
  • maximum usage of three decks is designed for efficient screening capabilities even at small aggregate sizes

Hartl performance skid

The performance skid by Hartl, with North American headquarters Henderson, Nevada, is a remote controlled drive unit and docking station for all hydraulic processing attachments. Features include:

  • continuous crushing action in combination with the skid is designed to improve excavator performance by eliminating the boom swing cycle
  • as attached to an excavator with the performance skid, the discharge height of the crusher can now be adjusted
  • the tipping function, operated by pressing a button on the remote control, is designed to stop lengthy blockages inside of the crusher
  • modules are compact and designed for easy transportation and set up

Ajutech Oy rotary drum crushers

Ajutech Oy of Toysa, Finland, launched Viper-branded rotary drum crushers to be used with excavators. The new rotary drum crushing technology is designed to crush hard materials, such as demolition and concrete debris. Features include:

  • screening buckets enable reuse and separation of different materials and fragmentations
  • lightweight crushing bucket attachment can be used together with the excavators as base machines
  • two slow moving rotary drum crushing buckets: model VPH 21 and model VPV 22
